The staff at the lodge were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They showed us a variety of rooms to choose from and the pool area was fantastic. As a budget traveler, I appreciated the small library with a collection of free books in English. the secret garden behind the pool was a pleasant surprise and there were plenty of relaxing spots throughout the property.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Puerto Lopez. the location was perfect - just a short walk down the street and I was on the beautiful beach. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with little tables to sit in front of and enjoy the scenery. The overall value for money was excellent, and I couldn't have asked for a better breakfast.

Had a good time during my Easter break, the complementary Easter chocolate treats and drinks were a thoughtful touch, and the hotel's central location meant that everything I needed was within walking distance. the area had breathtaking views and the atmosphere was very relaxing. the staff were friendly and helpful in suggesting activities.

The noise level at night and early in the morning was unbearable, as I found it hard to get a good night's rest. the Wi-Fi was not reliable, which was frustrating as I needed it for work.

We stayed in a hotel just down the street from the beach and town center, in a rural area surrounded by beautiful plants. the room was spacious, with a good mattress and comfortable bedding. the bathroom was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious. the staff was polite and always tried to help us, and the guest kitchen was well-equipped. the pool was refreshing and the artistic touches were beautiful.

The breakfast served in the swimming pool area was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options including coffee/tea, juice, butter, jam, and fresh fruit. The attention to detail by the staff, from Don Julio and Dona Irma to all of the staff who oversee reception, keep the rooms sparkling clean, maintain the grounds, and cater to guests with a delicious breakfast, was exemplary.
